StartinUP, GoUP signs MoU with BSIS making BSIS 1st Official Partner of Govt of UP as Industry Association
BSIS and Govt of UP will jointly write the startup policies, programs, and benefits for the startup ecosystem of Uttar Pradesh.
BSIS will also, be the holistic partner of Govt of UP for all startup-related activities in the State.
BSIS in collaboration with StartinUP, Govt of UP successfully conducted Uttar Pradesh 1st startup Founder Roundtable yesterday. The government has decided that Startup Policy 2025 will be written in collaboration with BSIS and will be presented in the next 20 days.
Also, it has been decided that Uttar Pradesh will devise a time-based ecosystem of startup program with BSIS and StartinUP team with all the government and BSIS officials, consultant teams from Deloitte and EnY, and CM office
BIRAC, Department of Biotechnology, Govt of India Inks LOI with BSIS for the holistic development of the startup ecosystem in the fields of Bio-Pharma, Bio-Agri. Bio-Industrial, Bio-Energy, Bio-Services, MedTech and HealthTech.
Dr. Jitendra Kumar, MD, BIRAC signed the MoU with Hon'Ble Shri Vinayak Nath, National President, BSIS and Chairman, International Councils, BSIS in the presence of Dr. Rajesh S. Gokhale Secretary, DBT, Govt. of India, Smt. Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw, Chairperson and Founder Biocon, Smt. Tina Sejersgard Fano, EVP Planetary Health Biosolutions, Novonesi, Dr. Sanjay Singh, CEO, Gennova Biopharmaceuticals along with other biotechnology industry stalwarts.
Bharat Startup Festival, the National Flagship Program of BSIS was organized in collaboration with Amity Innovation Incubator at Noida by Hon'Ble Shri Sunil Sharma, Minister of Electronics and IT, Government of Uttar Pradesh with Shri Awanish Awasthi, IAS (R) Chief Advisor CM UP, Dr. Jitendra Kumar, MD BIRAC, Government of India, Hon'ble Shri Vinayak Nath, Co-Chair Startup20 G20 (Brazil) and National President, BSIS, Shri Mahesh Gupta, Chairman Kent Ro, Dr. Aseem Chauhan, Chancellor, Amity University, Shri Amol Chauhan, Senior VP, Amity University, Dr. Balvinder Shukla, Vice Chancellor, Amity University, Col. Saurabh Sanyal (Retd.), Advisor-in-Chief, BSIS with several industry stalwarts on 13 Nov with more than 5000 startups from across 14 countries and 29 cities attending Bharat's 1st multi-country hybrid startup event.
The Bharat Startup Festival, hosted at the Asian School of Business, brought together visionary entrepreneurs, investors, and industry leaders for a dynamic day of innovation and collaboration.
